This year, to improve our efforts towards environmental sustainability, for the first time a delicious three-course vegan menu will be served to guests as standard. However, all attendees do have the choice to choose a meat-based alternative if preferred. Please select your menu choice via your online guestlist. Starter – Asian sesame rice ball, celery & seaweed with chilli, ginger, coriander mayonnaise
Main course – Vegetable wellington, stem broccoli, roast seasonal vegetables, smoked garlic mash and piquillo pepper coulis
Dessert – Dark chocolate & passionfruit mousse, seasonal berries, passionfruit, and toasted meringues
Overall, the food we eat accounts for nearly a quarter of carbon emissions, but as a recent study has found, if high-income nations switch to a plant-based diet, we could reduce carbon emissions by 61%. So, in a bid to reduce our impact, we have decided to offer a vegan meal as the default this year. Will you join us in making an impact?
